Joined the company in 2003 after working for 2 other estate agents in Wellingborough. Chris has 6 years experience and has lived in Wellingborough all his life. He joined ourselves as he recognized us as the “Leading Agent”. After 3 years with us he has delighted many! Many would testify that he has always got a smile on his face. A well deserved promotion to Assistant Manager was earned early in 2007.

Helen has been working in the team since the business opened in 2001. Starting as branch secretary, Helen swiftly progressed to a new position in 2002 taking care of the problems arising as a sale progresses towards completion. “Has rescued many a sale”!! In Martin’s opinion Helen has one of the most difficult jobs in the branch. Yet is delighted by how many commendation letters he receives about Helen

Sid Ibrahim
Lettings Partner/ Manager
The major working partner in our innovative lettings business. Sid has been in our estate agency business since 2002 after managing a competitors lettings business following 22 years service in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. In the first 2 years around 100 properties had been let. Sid is now managing in excess of 200 properties.

Agnes Wawrzkiewicz
Lettings Negotiator
Agnes has proved a valuable addition to the lettings team particularly with her fluent Polish language. Agnes moved to the UK in 2005 with her husband and 2 children leaving behind a management position in Human Resources in Gorzow. Poland
Andrew Crane
Lettings Negotiator
Andrew joined the Lettings business in June 2005 and has seen the lettings business grow from strength to strength. He deals with all aspects of inspections inventories as well as the odd viewing. Previous to joining us Andrew ran his own business. He is a family man and lives locally. Andrew's hobbies include buying houses and improving them, living in them and then selling them!
David Thomson
Director
David runs the Financial Services business supporting Coley Thomson & Martin Hawksby. Martin is proud to have David as his business partner as David is the most talented Financial Advisor and business entrepreneur he has seen in 20 years. In recent years David has spread his wings pioneering “Best Deal Insurance” in Wellingborough now employing approximately 100 people. David’s time is spent almost exclusively in Best Deal but is always available to support Martin.
