As with floor plans and many other innovations, we were first with our lcd TV style presentation of property in the office. The presentation of your property in our office is unique on our five internal multi-media 32" lcd flatscreens creating a full moving presentation of your home to include the floor plans.

Our MHtv unique property viewing media is extended into our window via our full 50” digital projector system to get your property noticed by passing foot and vehicle traffic. All properties we sell are displayed and for good measure we produce an A4 window card with floor plans as well. We can guarantee to you a window presence unlike many competitors.

Floor Plans

Floor plans which explain your home’s layout cut down time consuming, wasteful viewings. At the same time these plans encourage people to view, who discover from the plan that your home’s layout is right for them. Martin Hawksby pioneered their introduction in Wellingborough during 2001 and even by the end of 2005 only a handful of agents have followed suit. These are provided at no extra charge and will be seen by buyers in the window, in your property details, on MHtv, on this & many other websites, in our computer tour of your home in our office and also in the full colour printed details. These floor plans really do help buyers decide!

Used in the property details of your home. Our idea with these is to make the life of your buyer as easy as possible in locating your home to decide for or against.

A3 Brochure style details

The details a buyer collects from our office or receives in the post are made up of 4 pages of information provided across an A3 folding brochure. The details incorporate up to 10 full colour photos, floor plans and maps and the new energy graphs. They are printed to the highest of standards internally within our business, so there is never any chance of us running out. Our property details on many occasions, have been praised as the best in the town by many different purchasers.

On this website,  rightmove.co.uk & homesonview.co.uk and many other national web sites,  full property details are available on ALL our properties. Buyers are able to view, download & print them off at leisure in the own homes and businesses where they work. At this site your buyer can save all the different homes of interest to them in a “shopping basket” and print them in all in one go. Buyers today don’t even need to leave their office or home to see full property details on any home. How we present, rather than what we say as agents is most important, as most buyers only contact us if they like what they see. Can you imagine, what would happen to your chances of selling, if the agent you use doesn't present your home accurately or well enough. That why well presented details are ESSENTIAL!

Whilst however, press promotion of property is diminishing, we take between 1 & 2 pages weekly in the Northants Evening Telegraph promoting yours & many similar homes to those customers who still rely on the press. Over the last few years enquiry levels from the web have increased and substantially outnumbered press enquiries which is and will reduce agents commitment as it becomes seen as un-economic. Although web enquiries outnumber press at least 10 fold, we still believe in representing your home in the press to those few buyers who do not have internet access.

 Stylish Town Centre Air Conditioned Office

Refurbished during the 2nd half of 2005 the premises were given a bright modern, minimalist feel with every attention to detail, being paid to improving our “customer experience”. The air conditioned front sales offices were enhanced further by our media screens playing our property portfolio on. In the back-ground keeping our customers and ourselves up to date with major events is Sky News. When the kids come in, our Playstation 2 kicks in so we can concentrate on the parents and they can concentrate on buying one of our homes! Whilst in our office, our customers can enjoy complimentary refreshments including chilled filtered water, a range of coffees, hot chocolate, cappuccino and tea..
